Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to make the PixelzClassic experience accessible to all enthusiasts.
Order changes and cancellations
To ensure prompt order processing, all change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests that go beyond this time frame cannot be considered. If necessary, you can initiate a return for a full refund.
What payment methods does PixelzHub accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX to ensure a smooth and secure payment process.
When will I receive my order?
You can expect your order to be processed within 24 hours of purchase. We ship orders on weekdays, but please note that weekends are excluded. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose and your country of residence. Due to high demand, some orders may take longer than 1 week to arrive.

Customs duties and taxes clarified
For customers in the EU, our implementation of the IOSS system ensures that we process and remit VAT for orders shipped to EU countries, minimizing problems with customs. For customers in the United States, Canada and Australia, customs clearance is typically smooth and without additional import taxes or duties. In other countries, local customs may charge fees upon arrival, which you will be responsible for paying yourself.

Defective, faulty or damaged items
If you have received defective, incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately with your order number and relevant photos. We strive to resolve such cases quickly.
Reimbursement process
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For payments made by credit or debit card, expect a refund within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuing bank to find out when the credit will be posted to your account. If there are delays, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Do PixelzClassic consoles have multiplayer?
Unfortunately, because our consoles emulate games, we are unable to offer multiplayer functionality.
